About the role

  • Marketing Manager developing strategies for brand awareness and sales increase. Collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing strategy including creating and implementing strategies and plans for products and programs
  • Analyze and optimize marketing campaign performance
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute roadmap and align go-to-market strategy and initiatives with broader enterprise activities
  • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials
  • Communicate all channel initiatives to necessary departments, both internal and external, to ensure visibility to channel goals & objectives
  • Ensure successful and timely project completion through effective communication and project management
  • Able to meet deadlines and work through challenges of timelines in the process
  • Editing and proofreading online communications, direct mail, product literature, and internal and external communication pieces
  • Maintain an innovative approach to all campaigns, continuing to stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Design and develop marketing plans and manage all communication with internal and external sources
  • Monitor customer research activities and interpret all data for developing marketing strategies
  • Analyze all market condition and forecast all future trends and prepare accurate various order documents
  • Perform research related strategies and develop appropriate all related marketing plans

Requirements

  • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
  • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
  • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
