Project Manager working with CEO to enhance Veli's market presence in the energy sector. Engaging with customers and partners to expand business opportunities in Germany.
Responsibilities
You will work closely with Jan‑Peter (CEO) at Veli’s headquarters in Science Park Kassel
Over the next six months you will bring approximately 1,000 households live and simultaneously drive our market growth — engaging directly with prospective customers and strategic partners
Customer growth and scaling: You will support our customer expansion, advance market entry into new regions, and build strategic partnerships
Marketing and communication: You will plan and shape trade show appearances and our own networking formats, including support for LinkedIn, newsletters and campaigns, creating a strong brand presence
Sales support and development: You will refine our customer outreach and systematically integrate customer feedback into our sales processes
Company building and business model development: You will design strategic and operational business models as well as processes and structures for our go‑to‑market activities
Requirements
1–3 years of professional experience, for example in a startup environment, consulting, project management or sales‑adjacent roles
Highly structured career starters are also a good fit
You work in a very structured way, prioritize clearly and have strong execution skills
You have a good sense for people and relationships, build trust and remain committed and solution‑oriented in difficult situations — internally with the team and externally with partners and decision‑makers
You pay attention to important details, think analytically, have strong numerical skills and are comfortable with KPIs, budget planning, forecasts and spreadsheets
You communicate confidently and clearly in German at a minimum of C1 level
Experience with Notion, HubSpot, Canva or Adobe tools is a plus
