Responsibilities
Responsible for leading key elements of marketing strategy to HCP customers across a portfolio of oncology products
Experience leading forecasting and launch planning/execution - particularly related to new formulations, administrations, combinations indications and dosing to grow brand equity
Responsible for leading pan tumor and cross-franchise medical education (branded and unbranded) and congress (national and regional) experience
Responsible for the development, adoption and consistency of the HCP pan franchise current and mid-term strategy
Leadership that includes enterprise thinking and ability to make critical trade-off decisions
Develop multi-faceted launch plan for in-line and product extensions
Requirements
Required: BA/BS
A minimum of 8 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
A minimum of 6 years of HCP Marketing experience – preferably in oncology
A minimum of 2 years people management experience
Strong relationship building, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
Experience in leading brand strategy and implementation across multiple indications/brands
