Responsibilities
Advising and supporting managers on all personnel-related matters
Supporting employees across the entire employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding)
Planning, developing, as well as designing and optimizing HR processes
Close collaboration with and support for colleagues in payroll management
Maintaining HR systems (electronic personnel file, self-service) and ensuring data quality and integrity
Guiding and coordinating the implementation of HR projects and initiatives
Requirements
Completed commercial apprenticeship and/or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a similar generalist role
Good knowledge of labor/employment law and HR processes, as well as process optimization
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
High intrinsic motivation and an independent, structured working style
Confident user of MS Office and HR software (ideally PERSONIO)
