- Advising and supporting managers on all personnel-related matters
- Supporting employees across the entire employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding)

- Maintaining HR systems (electronic personnel file, self-service) and ensuring data quality and integrity
- Guiding and coordinating the implementation of HR projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship and/or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a similar generalist role
- Good knowledge of labor/employment law and HR processes, as well as process optimization
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High intrinsic motivation and an independent, structured working style
- Confident user of MS Office and HR software (ideally PERSONIO)
