Responsibilities
Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries, resolving issues or routing appropriately
Administer employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, job changes, offboarding, and documentation
Support execution of annual HR programs such as performance cycles, engagement surveys, and policy rollouts
Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity within HRIS
Prepare reports, data summaries, and materials to support HRBPs and leadership discussions
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across affiliates
Support enterprise-wide HR initiatives and pilots
Support HR communications and manager toolkits
Participate in HR process improvement and automation efforts
Assist with audits and compliance documentation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or combination of relevant education and work experience.
3-5 years of generalist HR experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Well-developed writing and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate successfully across all levels of an organization
