Responsibilities
Provides performance management consultation and recommendations
Crafts and negotiates solutions to situations that protect the reputation and assets of the organization
Represents TD Bank during mediation, trials, depositions, and negotiates effective solutions/settlements
Analyzes data and other information to identify trends to ensure employee issues are identified and addressed in a pro-active manner
Serves as a professional consultant to HR Business Partners, Recruitment Teams and HR Leadership/Managers offering research and investigative expertise
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience
Minimum of 7 years of HR or Legal experience with an emphasis in employee relations
PHR/SPHR Preferred
Demonstrated investigative, verbal, written, and negotiation skills
Demonstrated experience providing employee relations consulting to all levels of management
Demonstrated experience applying HR/ER policies, laws, and regulations in a corporate setting
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft desktop software necessary to prepare exhibits and documents
