Responsibilities
You support the People Operations team in day-to-day activities and help with preparations for the upcoming season
You gain insights into personnel management at roadsurfer and take ownership of HR projects
You prepare national and international employment contracts, certificates, and applications
You assist with communication with service providers and consultants both domestically and abroad
Requirements
You are looking for a mandatory internship for your studies (minimum 4 months) or an orientation internship (maximum 3 months)
Ideally, you already have some experience in HR
You want to develop yourself and your skills, have a quick grasp of new topics, and see how things connect
You are strong in communication and enjoy working independently
You speak fluent German and have good English skills (additional languages are a plus)
