Responsibilities
Design, implement, and continuously improve core People processes, ensuring their adoption through proactive communication, documentation, and structured execution.
Manage employment contracts and HR documentation in compliance with Greek labor legislation
Coordinate payroll processes with external accountants and payroll providers
Lead employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth employee experience
Support performance tracking and People processes (goal setting, feedback cycles, documentation)
Organize internal team events and culture initiatives to strengthen team engagement
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with local labor regulations
Support recruitment processes when needed (coordination, candidate experience, interview logistics)
Requirements
4–7+ years of experience in HR generalist or People operations roles
Solid understanding of Greek labor law and employment practices
Experience managing HR administration, contracts, and payroll coordination
Strong organizational skills, structured thinking and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with leadership and employees
Ability to work independently and proactively in a growing environment
Fluency in Greek and English
