Responsibilities
Provide first-level support to standard requests with the guidance of more senior personnel (if needed)
Performs routine administration activities in a structured environment.
Follow clear procedures and use standard digital tools.
Stores and files information following agreed procedures.
Assist in projects across different HR facets including but not limited to organizational development, employee relations, employee engagement, etc.
Assist in ad-hoc tasks and other HR operational activities.
Requirements
Open to fresh graduates, experience in HR Field optional
Good organizational skills
Understanding of software technologies and skill/competency groups and equivalencies
A working knowledge of general computer skills (e.g. email / Word processing)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
