About the role

  • HR Associate supporting HR operations and providing first-level support to HR requests. Collaborating in various HR projects and carrying out administrative tasks in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support to standard requests with the guidance of more senior personnel (if needed)
  • Performs routine administration activities in a structured environment.
  • Follow clear procedures and use standard digital tools.
  • Stores and files information following agreed procedures.
  • Assist in projects across different HR facets including but not limited to organizational development, employee relations, employee engagement, etc.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks and other HR operational activities.

Requirements

  • Open to fresh graduates, experience in HR Field optional
  • Good organizational skills
  • Understanding of software technologies and skill/competency groups and equivalencies
  • A working knowledge of general computer skills (e.g. email / Word processing)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
