Responsibilities
Work within a defined territory/industry, aligned to Consultants
Generate new qualified opportunities and book meetings for the New Business Sales team.
Build, maintain and nurture strong relationships with HR, Finance, and People leaders through professional, insight-led outreach.
Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand the clients needs, goals and challenges.
Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and your SDR Manager to execute campaigns effectively.
Represent Reward Gateway with professionalism, curiosity, and energy in every interaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is beneficial.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using CRM and sales-enablement tools.
Passionate about technology, employee engagement, and improving workplaces.
