Responsibilities
Maintaining and updating employee records
Supporting recruitment and onboarding of employees
Liaise with payroll for employee file updates
Assist with HR reporting and compliance requirements
Assist with the delivery of employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
Liaise with employees on internal and external training requirements
Any additional Ad hoc HR administration duties required
Requirements
Relevant studies or 1-2 years’ experience in HR related position
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to develop relationships across various levels of the business
Resourceful problem solver
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
