Responsibilities
Trusted collaboration with local works councils and the central works council as the employer’s representative
Management of complex, company-wide co-determination procedures
Designing, negotiating and implementing cross-site works agreements and regulatory frameworks in cooperation with business units
Structuring and standardizing co-determination processes across all locations
Close cooperation with managers, HR and internal and external labor law advisors
Facilitation and support of clarification and conflict resolution discussions
Support for organizational change processes
Participation in HR projects and process optimization initiatives
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or a related field
Several years of experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner
Solid knowledge of labor law and the German Works Constitution Act (BetrVG)
Demonstrable experience in strategic collaboration with works councils and the central works council
Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness and moderation/facilitation competence
Ability to structure complex issues and develop consensus-based solutions
A clean basic police clearance certificate (no entries) and a signed internal declaration confirming orderly financial circumstances
