Responsibilities
Co-design the overarching global HR strategy utilizing data and market intelligence.
Lead the execution of critical HR transformation projects.
Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence across the HR lifecycle.
Partner cross-functionally to assess our organizational identity and map the complete employee experience.
Act as the connective tissue between HR Centers of Excellence using strong matrix-management skills.
Serve as an internal consultant to the global HR leadership team bringing external insights.
Requirements
10+ years of experience across HR Strategy, people consulting, or comparable enterprise HR roles.
Proven ability to run large-scale, multi-stream global HR projects.
Deep understanding of the emerging HR technology landscape, specifically GenAI, automation, and digital EX platforms.
Exceptional ability to craft compelling narratives around organizational culture.
High capability to influence and align stakeholders across a complex, multi-cultural, and global matrix.
High comfort level partnering with, challenging, and presenting to senior executive leadership.
