Responsibilities
Develop and execute business plans to achieve regional sales targets.
Coordinate with distributors to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
Manage sales forecasts, purchase orders, and deliveries to ensure revenue achievement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Monitor performance and collaborate with distributors to drive growth opportunities.
Provide pipeline support and follow up on customer leads to secure Bodyshop (BS) wins.
Collect and report competitor activities, products, and strategies to support decision-making.
Work with the marketing team to execute promotional programs and campaigns effectively.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Automotive or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management in coating business
Good proficiency in the local language and English
Experience with key account management and knowledge of the refinish paint segment is a plus.
