Responsibilities
Develop and execute global customer and key account strategies aligned with company objectives, including pricing and opportunity pipeline initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders across global organizations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for select transparency accounts, managing contracts, presentations, and customer communications.
Drive performance to KPIs such as revenue, volume, and earnings, contributing to demand forecasts and budget planning.
Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, engineering, product development, operations, and finance to meet customer needs.
Support customer engagement activities, including trade shows, seminars, training, and events.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing quotations and value proposals based on customer requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or other related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience
Aerospace specific industry experience strongly preferred
Five (5) or more years of demonstrated successful experience in a customer-facing role
Five (5) or more years of experience developing and implementing successful account management strategies in a global industry
Ability to travel domestically and Internationally as needed to support global customers
