Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in a data-related field such as Business Informatics, Business Administration, or Work and Organizational Psychology
- Experience leading projects, ideally in reporting and analysis
- Solid knowledge of Business Intelligence, data analysis, and reporting tools, particularly in an SAP environment
- Ability to quickly understand issues and define logical next steps
- Clear and persuasive communication with non-technical stakeholders
- Combine conceptual and strategic thinking with hands-on implementation experience in agile or hybrid setups
