Researching and gathering information about leads.

Following up on contacts with leads.
Generating and handing off qualified opportunities to sales consultants (closers).
Keeping appointments, contacts, and interaction history updated and organized in the CRM.
Participating proactively in the sales process, receiving and providing feedback to improve operations.
Meeting monthly targets.
Regularly studying and innovating outreach techniques.
Sharing daily lessons learned to support collaborative team growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
Experience with B2B prospecting/sales.
Knowledge of inbound and/or outbound marketing/sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication and persuasion skills.
Proactivity.
Organizational skills.
Teamwork (will work directly with other departments).
