About the role
- Talent Acquisition Specialist managing full-cycle recruiting processes for PFH Technology Group in Little Island, Cork. Responsible for sourcing and onboarding candidates for IT departments with strong stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Full end to end hiring for large volume within IT departments that include permanent and contract hires
- Identifying, attracting, and assist in the on-boarding of top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs
- Responsible for sourcing candidates, through various channels using our Applicant Tracking System, Online Souring and referrals
- Pre-screen candidates, scheduling interviews and selecting high quality candidates
- Guide and Support Hiring Managers in the recruitment process
- Manage fluid hiring timelines and volumes
- Develop relationships with all relevant hiring managers and clients to identify current needs and any potential future needs across all business units
- Ensure superior candidate experience in a very busy work environment
- Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Focus on continuous improvement and make suggestions to improve the talent acquisition process, policies and strategy
- Provide timely reporting of key metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT or Business
- 3+ years prior recruitment experience, ideally with an IT recruitment
- Previous recruitment agency or in-house experience
- Excellent Stakeholder Management and adaptability
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Experience of working with all levels of colleagues and candidates
