Responsibilities
Identification, acquisition, and development of potential B2B clients with the aim of establishing long-term and solid business relationships with focus on the Spanish and Portuguese market
Taking on projects in the area of sales/business development
You will be the point of contact for our new clients, thereby actively contributing to the success of the team
Conducting market and trend analyses and providing proactive support in the further development of the business model and business development
Preparing pitches and presentations
Representing PAIR Finance at trade fairs, exhibitions, and other events
Requirements
Initial professional experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in FinTech, InsureTech, debt collection, or LegalTech
The ability to drive revenue growth and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
Technical affinity, enabling you to explain our technology-based service to leads and potential clients
An existing network in B2C-focused industries, which you can leverage to open doors and accelerate pipeline is a plus
Very good MS Office skills and enjoyment of working with new technologies such as AI
Very good written and spoken Spanish as well as English skills are required, Portuguese or German skills are a plus
