Responsibilities
Independently lead exciting digitalization projects in business software with a focus on payroll, HR process optimization, and ongoing development
Support the continuous improvement of existing HR processes and contribute to increasing efficiency within organizations
Analyze and optimize business processes across various industries
Advise and support organizations from project start to completion, with particular attention to HR requirements
Organize and lead workshops and training sessions on HR processes and digital solutions
Support and further develop ERP systems
Requirements
Professional experience in HR/payroll, or a strong technical background with a pronounced IT affinity
Completed commercial/business education, a technical IT background, or an equivalent qualification
Further education in business informatics or business administration at HF (higher vocational) or FH (university of applied sciences) level, or an equivalent qualification
Enthusiasm for digitalization, process optimization, and the development of HR workflows
Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
