About the role
- Project Delivery Manager leading ERP implementation at healthcare facilities. Ensuring project success with internal teams and client alignment in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities
- Planificar, coordinar y controlar de manera integral los proyectos de implementación del ERP HIS Servinte, garantizando una ejecución ordenada, eficiente y alineada a los objetivos del cliente y de la compañía.
- Definir y estructurar el plan del proyecto, incluyendo alcance, cronograma y entregables.
- Gestionar alcance, tiempos y recursos asegurando cumplimiento de compromisos.
- Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios (consultoría, técnico, soporte, etc.).
- Liderar la comunicación con el cliente, actuando como referente principal del proyecto.
- Identificar y gestionar riesgos, bloqueos y desviaciones.
- Supervisar el avance del proyecto y realizar seguimiento continuo.
- Formalizar el cierre del proyecto y realizar la transferencia a Soporte Técnico.
- Asignar solicitudes de servicios de consultoría según prioridades y disponibilidad.
- Coordinar la estrategia de implementación junto al Director de Delivery.
Requirements
- Título en Ingeniería, Administración, Sistemas o carreras afines.
- Certificación PMP (deseable)
- Experiencia liderando implementaciones de ERP, preferentemente en sector salud.
- Experiencia gestionando proyectos bajo metodologías PMI y/o Ágiles.
- Experiencia coordinando equipos multidisciplinarios y gestionando clientes B2B.
