Benefits and Safety Manager overseeing HR benefits programs and organizational health and safety compliance at TURN. Managing employee benefits, ADP Workforce Now, and safety protocols with a focus on health and compliance.
Responsibilities
Serve as TURN’s subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now Benefits module
Ensure compliance with ACA, HIPAA, Section 125, and other federal/state regulations
Manage the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) and compliance with Cal/OSHA
Conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and ergonomic evaluations
Generate routine and ad-hoc HR reports, including benefits utilization and safety metrics
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, Benefits Administration, Safety, or related field
Expert-level proficiency in ADP Workforce Now Benefits Administration
Strong knowledge of Cal/OSHA and workplace safety requirements
Professional certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, or safety certifications)
Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or multi-site nonprofit environments, preferred
