Responsibilities
Incumbent will lead the Kalispell market in a dual position acting as branch manager and lead sales executive.
This position requires effective communication skills and a solid understanding of the insurance industry.
Must demonstrate leadership skills and demonstrate the ability to educate, mentor, and motivate sales and service staff.
Responsible for personnel administration, ensuring that Agency practices, procedures, and workflows are adhered to by all staff in the Kalispell office.
Promote the improvement of Stockman Insurance through quality customer service, promotion of products, professionalism in conduct and diligent work ethic.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Montana State insurance license
Strong insurance background
Experience as a sales coordinator or management
Proven Business development experience / track record
Good team development and leadership skills
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Must have a current and valid driver’s license and be able to drive long distances at times.
Ability to travel - approximately 25% travel required
