Responsibilities
- Incumbent will lead the Kalispell market in a dual position acting as branch manager and lead sales executive.
- This position requires effective communication skills and a solid understanding of the insurance industry.
- Must demonstrate leadership skills and demonstrate the ability to educate, mentor, and motivate sales and service staff.
- Responsible for personnel administration, ensuring that Agency practices, procedures, and workflows are adhered to by all staff in the Kalispell office.
- Promote the improvement of Stockman Insurance through quality customer service, promotion of products, professionalism in conduct and diligent work ethic.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Montana State insurance license
- Strong insurance background
- Experience as a sales coordinator or management
- Proven Business development experience / track record
- Good team development and leadership skills
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license and be able to drive long distances at times.
- Ability to travel - approximately 25% travel required
