Leverage the Modular Relay Process and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements
High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
3-5 years related work experience
Strong understanding of Walmart Modular Relay process and merchandising principles
Category Management Certification Preferred
Solid working knowledge of the CPG industry
Proficient in industry tools such as NIQ Discover, Circana Unify, and Walmart Scintilla Charter
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Advanced skill in plan preparation and delivering effective solutions
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Experience in managing project plans and tracking responsibilities
Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
