Senior People Business Partner responsible for key HR areas at a tech-enabled service company. Partnering with leadership for alignment with business objectives while managing employee relations and benefits.
Responsibilities
Managing key areas of our HR function while partnering closely with leadership.
Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee employee benefits programs and manage leave policies.
Support compensation reviews and assist in developing compensation strategies.
Leverage data to identify trends and drive HR initiatives.
Lead onboarding, off-boarding, policy updates, and compliance management.
Collaborate with leaders to implement training programs.
Requirements
7-10+ years of HR experience, including employee relations, benefits, and compensation administration.
Broad HR generalist experience, with a specialization in at least one area (e.g., compensation, benefits).
Strong proficiency in Excel and HR data analysis.
Experience working in growth-stage tech or tech-enabled companies, ideally SaaS.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools.
