Responsibilities
Ensure that all activities for which they are responsible are carried out in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, contractual requirements and the company's Management System manual, with particular attention to the health and safety of personnel, the work environment, equipment and the environment.
Ensure that documentation for onshore and offshore personnel complies with current legislation.
Provide support to HR Management in preparing and reviewing payroll, ensuring the process is completed within established deadlines and in accordance with applicable law.
Act directly in recruitment, termination and onboarding processes for offshore and onshore personnel within established deadlines.
Assist onshore and offshore employees with matters related to payroll, benefits, organizational climate and medical services.
Ensure the control and scheduling of occupational health certificates (ASO) for onshore and offshore personnel.
Ensure control and monitoring of vacation and embarkation leave for onshore personnel.
Ensure the control and scheduling of vacations for offshore personnel.
Ensure the correct recording of labor/employment documentation for national employees.
Support the control of forms related to internal procedures.
Requirements
Intermediate to advanced English.
Intermediate level computer skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources or Psychology.
