Responsibilities

Manage our Employer of Record (EOR) platforms to support our distributed workforce.

Identify skill gaps and facilitate learning & development programs.
Lead salary benchmarking exercises.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws.
Manage benefits administration, payroll inputs, and data reporting.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles
Deep understanding of local labour laws and compliance in India
Proven ability to manage HR administration flawlessly
Strong tech-savviness with a track record of setting up, administering, and automating workflows within modern HRMS platforms
Excellent conflict resolution and coaching skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on experience with specific tech stack: HiBob, Zinc, Multiplier, and Confluence.
Previous experience working in a high-growth FinTech or B2B tech startup.
Experience managing and engaging a highly distributed, multi-cultural workforce.
