- Control and prepare employment contracts and onboarding agreements;
- Register employment in the digital work record (eSocial);
- Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations with the occupational health clinic;
- Monitor electronic timekeeping records;
- Calculate overtime, absences, late arrivals and time bank balances;
- Support managers in correcting timekeeping discrepancies;
- Register new employees in the payroll system;
- Verify calculations for salaries, overtime, additional pay and deductions;
- Issue pay slips and payroll reports;
- Manage vacation accrual periods;
- Assist with vacation pay calculations and the issuance of receipts;
- Assist in termination processes and review severance pay amounts;
- Administer benefits such as transportation allowance (vale-transporte), meal allowance (vale-refeição) and health insurance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields;
- Experience with payroll, benefits administration and related processes;
- Proficient in Excel.
