Responsibilities
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees across the organization. Be a strategic partner to the management team.
Analyze people operations data and metrics, providing relevant insights to support decision-making.
Initiate People operations practices, including performance management, employee relations/engagement, talent development, policy and procedure development, and compensation and benefits. Review and refine policies, procedures, and guidelines as necessary.
Guide and coach the People Operations Team, providing guidance and support.
Stay updated on industry knowledge, trends, and employment regulations by participating in communities, building up professional networks, and engaging in continuous learning.
Oversee the ATS/HRIS to enhance and streamline our people processes.
Requirements
Experience in leading more than two areas in People Operations is required, including Performance Appraisal, Culture & Team building, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, and Employment Compliance. (The Experience in Company operating in Taiwan is required).
Exhibit Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability, capable of aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
Knowledge of employment/labor standards in Taiwan.
Based in (or are willing to relocate to) Taiwan.
Have experience working in multi-cultural work settings.
