Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and compliant employee records in the HRIS
Prepare contracts, letters, and employment documentation
Handle sensitive employee information in accordance with GDPR
Support right-to-work checks and visa/immigration processes
Post job adverts, review applications, and coordinate interviews
Prepare offer documentation and ensure all onboarding actions are completed
Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee data
Assist with the administration of employee benefits
Respond to employee inquiries about payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters
Assist in managing employee queries related to HR policies
Requirements
Willingness and ability to undertake the Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
Proactive, reliable, eager to learn, and customer service oriented
Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
Previous administrative experience (desirable)
Basic awareness of HR or employment practices (desirable)
