Business Development Manager for Odoo driving digitalization through lead generation in the DACH market. Engage with clients, manage sales cycles, and collaborate with marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Drive digitalization.
Drive growth through proactive outbound activities.
Generate new leads and demand in the DACH market.
Lead generation: research and identify potential customers across multiple channels.
Use a variety of tools and techniques for customer acquisition.
Manage the full sales cycle: use cold calling, emails and other communication methods.
Prepare and deliver tailored product demos.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
Build close relationships with customers and earn their trust.
Participate in networking events, conferences and trade shows.
Requirements
Initial work experience as an SDR or in a comparable sales role is desirable.
Strong business acumen and a high level of curiosity.
Resilience and a "get-it-done" mentality, along with the ability to solve problems analytically.
Interest in learning about software and the SaaS world.
Excellent communication skills.
Languages: German & English (C1–C2).
Ability to build trust and convey enthusiasm.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent qualification.
