About the role

• Services Director leading consulting services across Objective products for government solutions. Driving business operations, resource management, and customer engagement in designated markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing consulting team, fostering strong employee engagement, career growth, and retention.
• Oversee project execution in line with our methodology, ensuring strong governance, risk mitigation, and successful outcomes.
• Drive long-term customer engagement and advocacy, partnering with Sales and Go-To-Market teams to deliver value and innovation.
• Drive services revenue growth while ensuring profitability, accurate forecasting, and efficient billing processes.
• Champion continuous improvement, contributing to global best practices and methodology enhancements.
• Fosters a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring ongoing practice improvement through the implementation of methodologies and best practice approaches.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the software industry with a background in professional services and software implementation.
• University degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5+ years as a Practice Leader in a professional services organization, with direct people management and P&L responsibility.
• 5 years of IT Project Management experience, leading projects from $400K–$2M+ and managing large teams.
• Strong people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing consulting teams.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, implementation best practices, and business/financial forecasting.
• Hands-on consulting experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage at senior management levels and support sales initiatives.
