Responsibilities
Assistance with responding to RfPs
Support for partner events, trade fairs, and conferences
Updating and documentation of guidelines and processes
Taking ownership of your own projects
Correspondence with suppliers and partners.
Requirements
Completed apprenticeship or a university degree, preferably with a business background
Career changers from the Executive Assistant field are also welcome
Structured and reliable working style with excellent self-organization and coordination skills
Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
Strong organizational and planning skills
Confident and professional demeanor
Relevant experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
Team-oriented mindset with a genuine enjoyment of collaboration
Excellent written and verbal German and English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts
You hold citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states.
