About the role

  • Business Development Manager at telecom infrastructure firm engaging Portuguese-speaking clients in Spain. Identifying and closing real estate transactions while managing the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage an end-to-end origination pipeline (lead → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking clients using a consultative sales approach
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets related to pipeline development and deal closures
  • Monitor pipeline quality through KPIs, sales activity and forecasting
  • Contribute to improvements in CRM usage, lead generation and origination processes
  • Support strategic initiatives and market development in Spain

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
  • Proven experience negotiating and closing end-to-end transactions
  • Strong commercial acumen and a structured approach to pipeline management
  • Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written)
