Responsibilities
Provide support to the Regional Head
Collaborate with regional leadership and cross-functional teams
Ensure operational and strategic alignment
Support efficient execution of sales and marketing initiatives
Collate, analyse and track performance metrics (KPIs)
Prepare and coordinate market, financial, and performance data collection
Organise and maintain complex documents for business reviews
Prepare documentation for local activations and marketing initiatives
Manage contract creation and supplier management
Track purchase orders and manage advertising spend
Monitor spend and support budget control activities
Support project tracking, implementation, and activation
Arrange venues and coordinate schedules for meetings
Prepare routine emails, minutes, and reports
Ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations
Develop and maintain operational and technical skills through training
Requirements
University Graduate (preferred)
Experience of leading projects and managing multiple stakeholders cross-functions
Experience with purchase order set up, management and tracking is highly desirable
Experience in a commercial or marketing support role within a healthcare or FMCG company
Experience in data collection and analysis
Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
Self-starter, able to generate, drive and prioritise work unsupervised
Comfortable working with processes and systems and improving their efficiency on the go
Drives work with balance of urgency and accuracy, whilst having fun
