About the role
- Working Student supporting Tech & Operations at Lumeus, a mental health startup. Collaborate on website maintenance, customer inquiries, and product integration.
Responsibilities
- Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und technische Betreuung unserer Website über AI Tool
- Erstellung und Optimierung von Landing Pages (z. B. für Kampagnen, Kurse, spezielle Angebote)
- Umsetzung kleinerer Features, Anpassungen und technischer Verbesserungen
- Sicherstellung von Performance, Funktionalität und sauberer Nutzerführung
- Anlegen und Verknüpfen von digitalen Produkten im Shop
- Integration von Zahlungsanbietern, Zugängen, Gutscheinen und automatisierten Flows
- Handling von Customer Inquiries (Zugänge, Accounts, Käufe, technische Probleme)
- Troubleshooting bei System- und Tool-Problemen
- Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Lösungen über mehrere Tools und Plattformen hinweg
- Operatives Handling von Rückerstattungen, Voucher-Zugängen und Sonderfällen mit Zahlungs- und Plattformpartnern
- Freundliche, strukturierte Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen (E-Mail / Tool-basiert)
Requirements
- Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Medieninformatik, Digital Business, Web Development oder vergleichbar
- Technisches Verständnis für Websites, CMS und Newsletter-Tools, Landing Pages und digitale Tools
- Erste Erfahrung mit AI Tools zur Erstellung von Websites, Web-Technologien, Shop-Systemen oder No-Code/Low-Code-Tools
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Freude daran, Probleme zu analysieren und pragmatische Lösungen zu finden
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprache)
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
