About the role

  • Senior PMO Manager overseeing project coordination and compliance for top analytics firm. Driving operational excellence and stakeholder management to improve project outcomes across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Project workflow management for the lifecycle of the project including but not limited to Project initiation, Project tracking, Risk capturing and status updates to stakeholders by working closely with the project /program manager
  • Manage project/resource allocations independently
  • Conduct monthly/periodic activities related to revenue forecast, revenue recognition, finalizing invoice amount and details, monitoring unbilled and outstanding while coordinating with Delivery and Finance team
  • Ensure delivery is managed efficiently and effectively, in line with relevant policies and standards
  • Ensure necessary documentation and update of Third Party Agreements relevant for data usage, Data Security, Policies and Procedures (client specific)
  • Maintain audit trail of relevant information
  • Establish strong rapport with key stakeholders, Senior Business Leaders, IT and Human Capital (HC)
  • Use problem-solving methodologies to propose creative solutions to solve operational sporadic and recurring issues related to technology, access, connectivity, allocation, etc.
  • Create and maintain key MIS reports to be shared with clients and internal stakeholders; Ensuring timely responses to all emails, requests and queries raised by delivery team and enabling functions like Finance, IT, Staffing, Operational Excellence on Operational matters related with the client accounts being supported

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience as PMO analyst, PMO consultant, PMO lead or a similar role, preferably in Analytics or IT/ITES services industry
  • Advanced MS Excel (not VBA)
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS applications
  • Ability to analyze a range of complex data and make decisions based on analytical findings
  • Strong program coordination and administration abilities.
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, should have great attitude towards work and focused
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • Good to have MIS reporting
  • Graduation
  • Project Management certification is plus (PMP, Prince2)
