Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a complete knowledge of Mondelēz International, primarily Nabisco products, sales systems, and procedures
Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines
Perform in-store planning by tailoring programs and fact-based sales presentations to customer needs
Develop strong business relationships with store management to provide service and value
Work with customers to ensure sufficient product is ordered to support consumer take away
Communicate plans and manage merchandising resources to build sales volume
Monitor and report on competitive activity and document all pricing activities
Requirements
Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID
High School Diploma or GED required, college degree highly preferred
Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment and meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Sumter, SC
Ability to drive to secondary locations: Camden, SC | Manning, SC
Full schedule availability required: Monday - Friday
