Senior Sales Compensation Analyst managing commission payments and collaborating with multiple internal teams to ensure compliance and accuracy. Contributing to process improvements within a global technology company.
Responsibilities
Lead the validation and processing of monthly and quarterly commission payments for the global sales team.
Maintain commission tools, systems, and data integrity.
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and HR to ensure accuracy and compliance with sales compensation plans.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insight into commission trends and discrepancies.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and support business growth
Serve as the primary point of contact for all commission payment–related inquiries, providing timely and accurate resolution to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
Experience in commission processing, financial analysis, accounting, or a related field, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment
Experience with incentive automation platforms (SAP Commissions or similar)
Advanced Excel skills
High attention to detail and accuracy, especially under tight deadlines
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Fluent in English, German language is an advantage
