Responsibilities
Acquisition and management of new B2B customers (SMEs & mid-market)
Consultative sales of ERP and software solutions across the entire sales cycle
Conduct product demonstrations and support workshops
Perform requirements analysis together with our pre-sales consultants at the customer's site and develop appropriate solution concepts
Build long-term customer relationships and handle account management
Close collaboration with pre-sales, consulting, and product teams
Maintain CRM data as well as reporting and forecasting
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally with ERP, CRM, or similar solutions
Strong IT understanding and enthusiasm for digital business processes
Ability to explain complex software products clearly
Proven track record in new customer acquisition and building sales pipelines
Strong communication skills at the decision-maker/executive level
Structured, self-directed way of working
Willingness to travel (field sales) and fluent German
