About the role

  • Sales Manager developing outbound B2B sales strategies at a growing SaaS company in Finland. Responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching sales representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Development of sales representatives: Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members. Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing performance feedback. Foster a positive and motivated sales culture within the team.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop sales strategies aligned with business objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to capture market share.
  • Sales Reporting, Forecast and Analysis: Generate regular and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in creating and fostering outbound B2B sales in the Finnish market (with SaaS platforms is a plus)
  • Experience in leadership, building and coaching teams and individuals.
  • The will to push harder and foster an outbound culture.
  • A positive and caring attitude.
