Responsibilities
Provide remote and on-site support to users, including software installation, equipment configuration, diagnosis and resolution of PC issues.
Contribute to the operation of the department's processes by performing IT infrastructure support activities within the organization.
Participate in remote and on-site maintenance of software, applications and IT assets, including desktops, laptops, tablets, peripherals, networks and mobile devices.
Install, configure and maintain the user environment and all implemented services, as well as laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT (in progress or completed)
Or completed technical degree in IT
