Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, web, email, and chat.
Log and track tickets in the ticketing/management system.
Provide first-level technical support for ICT (Information and Communication Technology) services.
Guide users to resolve issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
Escalate tickets when necessary, following internal procedures.
Requirements
Technical training in Telecommunications or Computer Science/Information Technology, or a higher education degree in Exact Sciences (including Engineering) or Information Technology (or related fields) from an institution recognized by the Federal Government.
Proven experience of at least 6 months in user support within Help Desk or Service Desk environments.
Basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, and remote support tools.
