Responsibilities
Opening and handling tickets (Sigitm/DRACO)
Identification and diagnosis of faults through curve analysis
Locating faults in the external network using reference points
Validation and closure of alarms; handling DRACO hardware failures
Dispatching and monitoring teams (partner teams)
SLA management and escalations
Opening and follow-up of inspection and SWAP tickets (donor/recipient)
Interaction with carriers and field teams
Use of the ABR Telecom workflow
Validation with the NOC; opening, tracking and consolidation of mass events
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a NOC or telecommunications preferred
