Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Construction, Design, and Development teams

Schedule and coordinate Investment Committee and department meetings

Support department events, meetings, and milestone celebrations
Maintain and organize department files and SharePoint records
Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field
2 or more years of related experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail
Strong follow-through ability
Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support senior leaders
