Requirements
Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant in a personal injury high-volume legal setting preferred but not required.
Experience in the insurance industry a plus but not required.
Strong time-management skills a must.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with phone systems and case management software.
Ability to follow detailed processes while exercising sound judgment.
