Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support and familiarity with the gaming industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Ambitious and able to work effectively in a multicultural team
Availability to work shifts, including weekdays and weekends
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
