Responsibilities
Leading and developing the Customer Service teams to deliver high customer satisfaction and commercial performance
Ensuring execution of sales strategies, product campaigns, and promotional activities
Driving proactive quote follow‑up, order handling, and sales contribution
Monitoring and achieving KPIs related to sales growth, order value, response time, and customer satisfaction
Identifying and acting on sales opportunities through customer interaction and data insights
Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Ensuring structured, efficient, and consistent ways of working across the team
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree (or similar), preferably in a commercial field
At least 5 years’ experience in a managerial role
Excellent command of English
Strong communication skills and a good eye for business opportunities
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Experience from the maritime industry (an advantage)
Analytical skills and digital literacy to identify opportunities through customer data
A systematic and organized approach to managing multiple processes and priorities
