About the role
- DTC Manager focusing on Vet Express D2C model with responsibility for project management and performance analysis. Collaborating closely with the UK Sales team to enhance pet owner experience and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Focus on the project management and execution of the Vet Express D2C model.
- Manage the UK Vet Express system, including service development road map & day-to-day operations.
- Monitor, analyse and report performance of key Vet Express metrics, as well as creation & socialisation of clear dashboards.
- Define pricing guidelines and provide recommendations to ensure market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with UK demand team to improve digital recommendations & conversion.
- Deliver roadmap on service/tool improvements to drive value alongside Vet Source and D2C Experts.
- Enrich service level over time to improve NPS.
- Optimise media, clinic & trade show communications to drive visibility & use of Vet Express.
- Define & optimise CRM flows, including follow-ups and engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in E-Commerce Sales or Digital Marketing
- Strong commercial mindset
- Capable of developing and building relationships across a matrix organisation.
