Business Development Representative for SettLiT, reshaping access to legal and health data. Ideal for candidates early in their SaaS sales careers with a focus on prospecting and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn) targeting mass tort and personal injury law firms in the U.S.
Research and identify target accounts and key stakeholders within our ideal customer profile (ICP).
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, urgency, and buying intent.
Book qualified discovery meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for outreach activity, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activity in our CRM.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and RevOps to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.
Gather and share market feedback to help improve positioning and sales processes.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or customer-facing role (SaaS or B2B preferred).
Strong interest in sales and a desire to grow a career in B2B SaaS.
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and rejection - you see it as part of the process, not a failure.
Clear, confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
This is a hybrid role based in our Toronto office (Richmond & Spadina) with an expectation of working in-office three days per week.
